Racking That Maximises Your Warehouse Space
From a single bay of shelving to a full warehouse fit-out, Infinity Material Handling designs and installs storage systems that hold more stock in the space you already have.
Maximise Warehouse Space
Store more in the same footprint. We design racking layouts that use your full cube — height, width and depth — so you can hold more stock without moving premises.
Pallet Racking Systems
Adjustable pallet racking, wide aisle, narrow aisle and drive-in systems from leading manufacturers, sized around your pallets, weights and forklifts.
Double Deep Racking
Store two pallets deep per position to cut aisle space by up to 30% and increase capacity — ideal for high-volume lines of the same product with LIFO stock rotation.
Pallet Shelving & Longspan
Heavy-duty shelving for hand-picked goods, cartons, spares and irregular items. Boltless longspan bays that reconfigure as your stock changes.
Professional Installation
SEMA-aware installation teams anchor, plumb and load-test every bay. Anchoring, accessories, column guards and signage all fitted as part of the job.
Safety & Compliance
Racking supplied to current UK standards, with load notices, damage-inspection advice and optional expert racking inspections to keep you compliant.
Racking Installation & Storage Solutions
Supply and installation of every major racking type — or a tailored mix of systems for your building, stock and forklifts.
Racking Installation Services
A complete turnkey service: free site survey, CAD layout design, supply, delivery and full installation by experienced installers. We work around your trading hours — including weekends and nights — to keep your warehouse running while new racking goes up, and we safely dismantle and relocate existing systems when you move or restructure.
Storage Solutions
Every warehouse is different. We assess your pallet types, weights, turnover, forklift reach and building dimensions, then design the right mix — pallet racking, longspan shelving, multi-tier structures and floor-marked picking faces — to maximise every cubic metre of your building.
Pallet Shelving
Adjustable pallet racking is the UK's most popular storage system for good reason: every beam level adjusts on 50mm pitch, so the same bays suit pallets today and different stock next year. Available in a range of beam and frame capacities, with wire decks, timber shelves, drum cradles and other accessories.
Double Deep Racking
Double deep racking places two pallets back-to-back in each position, halving the number of aisles needed and boosting storage capacity by up to 30% compared to standard adjustable racking. It requires reach trucks with telescopic forks and works best where you hold multiple pallets of the same product line.
Wide Aisle & Narrow Aisle Racking
Standard wide-aisle racking gives you direct access to every pallet with any counterbalance forklift. Where floor space is tight, narrow aisle (NA) and very narrow aisle (VNA) layouts with guided or wire-guided trucks can increase pallet positions dramatically within the same building.
Drive-In & Drive-Through Racking
For large volumes of the same product, drive-in racking lets forklifts drive right into the racking block, achieving some of the highest storage densities available. Drive-through variants load from one side and pick from the other, supporting FIFO stock rotation.

Racking FAQs
How much does warehouse racking cost?
Cost depends on bay heights, beam capacities, quantities and site conditions. A single bay of adjustable pallet racking typically starts from a few hundred pounds supplied, while full warehouse fit-outs are quoted individually after a free site survey. We supply and install across the UK and always price competitively.
Do you install racking, or supply only?
Both. Our installation teams anchor, plumb and check every bay to the manufacturer's specification, including column guards, load notices and signage. If you already have racking, we can also dismantle, relocate or extend existing systems.
What is double deep racking and when should I use it?
Double deep racking stores two pallets back-to-back in each position, cutting aisle numbers and increasing capacity by up to 30%. It suits high volumes of identical products where the last pallet in is the first one you need. It needs reach trucks with telescopic forks, which we can advise on or supply.
Can you help maximise space in a small warehouse?
Yes — that is one of the most common requests we get. Higher bays, narrower aisles, double deep layouts, mezzanine floors and longspan shelving over fixed racking can all dramatically increase capacity in the same building. The free site survey is where we identify the best options for your site.
Do you provide racking inspections?
We can arrange expert racking inspections to UK standards and supply load notices and damage-control accessories. Regular inspections are an HSE expectation for any warehouse operating storage racking.
How quickly can racking be installed?
Standard pallet racking and shelving is usually available within days, and most installations are completed within one to two days of delivery. Larger projects are scheduled around your operations, including weekends and nights.
